The Barnesville and Jackson Housing Authorites are operated under the leadership of Executive Director Linda Waterman. Our staff members include Residence Services, Housing Management, Administrative Assistant, and a maintenance staff. Both Housing Authorities work under the guidance of a Board of Directors selected by the mayors of each respective city.
Our Barnesville office is conveniently located at 285 Indian Trail, right off of Hwy 341 south of Grove Street. Our Jackson office is located at 160 Carter Avenue . The Barnesville Housing Authority has four separate communities, offering apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. There are 204 apartments managed by Barnesville Housing Authority and the Jackson Housing Authority has two separate communities of one to four bedroom apartments totalling 89 units.
